WHAT

Rod, the brains behind BIAS offers expert building inspections, project management as well as a unique mediation service between builders and disgruntled clients. He wanted his wealth of knowledge and experience to be portrayed through a new website whilst maintaining a sense of simplicity and approachability.

IDEAS

Our usability studies revealed that people in need of these services were looking for a professional company that would handle everything, from A-Z. They didn’t want to have to get involved, chase things up or be burdened with any stress. Customer service was high on the priority list as well as a quality outcome.

The new, fresh website has a simple menu that showcases the 4 main professional services. We took lead from our usability recommendations to ensure the comprehensiveness and superior delivery of the services were at the forefront without confusing the visitor with technicalities and jargon. Rod is proud to have a website that backs-up his professional company and expertise.
