WHAT

The City of Rockingham required a partner that would challenge their strategy and approach so far, and after a face-to-face website review with the team, engaged Burning Fruit to perform extensive User Experience activities with a view to redesigning their dated web presence.

IDEAS

Not only was extensive analysis performed on the current website, the Burning Fruit team spent a week in Rockingham identifying and designing personas, performing face-to-face studies on the City’s target demographics, and executed activities to formulate a new information architecture for the new website.

WOW

The end result was transformational, from a design user experience, and educational perspective. The City of Rockingham took on board a whole set of new user experience concepts, executed all recommendations put forward, and utilised all research throughout their organisation for customer service, marketing and process improvement.
