Empire Financial Group are highly regarded as a professional financial planning organisation with their founder Raymond Pecotic commonly featured in the Your Money section in The Western Australian. With their website becoming dated, it was time for a makeover and a rethink. EFG wanted to reflect the accessibility and professionalism of their services with a cutting edge design that engages the visitor.
We created a design that encapsulated their market. By identifying EFG’s typical clients we were able to discover what these demographics were seeking from a financial planner with usability studies. Once we knew exactly what questions needed answering, we were able to create a user journey that built confidence for the visitor to move towards an ultimate contact point.
