Through the usability phase of the project, the target market helped us identify the most important information they required when looking for a solution to enclose their outdoor area. They were not interested in the fine, engineering details, however desired reassurance of the quality and the difference it would make to their lifestyle. Our copywriting team used this guidance that resulted in a benefit oriented approach in the language of the copy.
