Safeway contacted Burning Fruit to enquire about an update to their website. The old site was quite outdated and they wanted something more modern that will engage their customers. Safeway were planning to ramp up their marketing efforts for some of their lesser-known services, and they needed this presented nicely on a website to match their marketing campaigns. They also wanted to save themselves time on administration work by having a Tendering system that will allow their contractors to easily see current projects and submit quotes.
We designed a customised homepage that presents Safeway in an engaging way to their customers. We also developed a custom tender system that allows users to see what projects Safeway is currently tendering for. Not only did this provide an increase in credibility for the business, but also provided an easy way for their contractors to create and manage an account, submit a quote for work, and manage relevant documents.
Since the launch of their new website, Safeway have significantly reduced the administration work behind managing their contractors, documents, and tenders. They also have a modern website that looks great and has greatly increased the amount of enquiries they are receiving. The website has aligned well with their marketing efforts and this has seen a huge boost to this part of their business.
