Connect Source is a nationwide manufacturing company specialising in the whole production workflow. From procurement to prototyping to manufacturing to distribution, they do it all!

Problem

Connect Source is an Australia-owned and operated business that has grown from a small shop to a major national player in manufacturing, namely in agriculture, transportation, engineering, and oil and gas. Unhappy with the performance of their existing website, Connect Source engaged Burning Fruit to dissect their business and piece it back together in a way that describes what they do – no easy task!

There was a huge amount of information to collate on top of the user experience studies that were performed on the website. A number of strategic meetings were a necessity for everyone to understand what Connect Source’s core offerings were, and how their audience perceives them.

Connect Source take clients on a journey, and wherever a client is on their manufacturing journey, Connect Source will be able to help. As a result, the website reflected this journey, taking into account critical selling points that their audience was looking for. Coupling this with animations throughout the site and engaging design elements and imagery, the team was extremely pleased with the outcome.
