The briefSpecialised Bolts came to us with a digital presence that had remained largely untouched for over two decades. As is common with established niche businesses, the previous ownership had built a thriving operation on the strength of long-standing contracts and trusted industry networks — with little need to invest in an online presence.
However, following the acquisition by two senior managers, the business entered a new chapter. With a forward-thinking vision and a clear appetite for growth, the new leadership sought to move beyond the limitations of legacy thinking — positioning Specialised Bolts as a modern, progressive force in the bolts and cage manufacturing market.
Our challenge was to bring that vision to life: bridging the gap between a well-established industry reputation and the digital presence needed to compete, grow, and ultimately lead in their market.
